Job Description:
Position Summary
The Program Manager will manage program health for Payments Technology or Merchant Services Technology, within the Client Facing Platforms Technology organization.
Job Responsibilities will include:
•-Manage the overall admin book of work for a program
•-Ensure that risks/interdependencies for all projects are adequately noted for each program
•-Help manage the flow of change controls within the program
•-Host weekly meetings w/ project leads on financials; host monthly meetings with Senior Leadership on program health and financials
•-Work w/ LOB on scope trade-off conversations when scope of work no longer matches funding
•-Ensure proper messaging of business requirements ahead of PI events
•-Track Audit items within program and ensure funding is received and status of issue remediation is tracked/communicated
•-Manage reporting for overall program health (project delivery, financials, risks, etc.)
Required Skills
•-Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
•-PMP Certification or equivalent professional experience
•-Strong relationship building and mentoring skills
•-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•-Previous experience with Bank of America end to end program/project and change management
•-Reporting and Analytic skills to build and monitor program health
•-Strong MS Office skills
Desired Skills
•-Experience managing financials
•-Understanding of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
•-Proficiency with JIRA
