This position is within the Business Execution Services team (BES) and will lead multiple strategic change initiatives aligned to the priorities of CIB and enterprise efforts.
Must Have:
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, product/program management, strategic planning, financial management, change management or implementation.
Capital Market experience
Ability to lead large scale project.
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
Description:
Role requires knowledge of institutional broker/dealer trading practices across a vast array of products including, but not limited to, foreign exchange, fixed income, equities, and derivatives.
Must have the ability to understand a broad set of capital markets businesses, market dynamics, and issues impacting a complex set of business activities and personnel.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously with high level of quality to meet business objectives.
Responsible for full management over a set of project deliverables
Perform business analysis activities across multiple asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, etc.)
Develop, implement and oversee governance routines for project execution, management reporting and business readiness.
Ensures full understanding of project impacts that then translate into comprehensive engagement strategies.
Engages in regular and appropriate consultation with executive leadership, sponsors, business and other stakeholders to validate project trajectory, to provide project performance summary, gather feedback and escalate issues requiring senior engagement.
Performs all usual duties of a Project Manager in accordance with policy, methodology and artifact creation. This includes but not limited to needs identification; resource requirements; project dependencies, planning and progression; financials management; status reporting; prolific and effective communications; ongoing risk assessment and adaptation; relationship management skills and escalations management for implementations.
Demonstrated understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology and Agile methodology.
