KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SET & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and 7 years of experience as a quality assurance analyst or a related field OR 9 years of comparable experience without a degree
• Minimum of 6 years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience.
• Ability to lead and execute testing execution
• Ability to create test plans that include functional and non-functional requirements
• Able to write Tests Scenarios and Test Cases
• Able to provide requirements of the testing data needed to execute the test plan
• Experience in providing detail testing execution result reporting
• Ability to document and troubleshoot defects
• Proficient in

SQL, SOAP UI, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
• Experience with Flow Charting
• Experience in testing with various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, RAD and Agile.
• Must be able to manage time, work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across several IT and business functions.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find defects quickly
• Ability to think abstract – to ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find defects quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in working within a matrix organization.
