Risk & Finance Technology is part of Enterprise Business Technology team within Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Information Technology Division.The Risk & Finance Core Services is a horizontal function within Risk and Finance CIO organization and is responsible for delivering data consistently across Risk & Finance. This Technology Manager will report to Risk & Finance Core Services CTO and is responsible for sourcing Product, Transactional and Master/Reference data from the Approved Provisioning Points to Risk & Finance Foundational Platform; and enabling consumption of that data as data services across Risk & Finance. This technology leadership role requires strong big-data technology expertise and domain expertise in Risk & Finance data. This technology manager will lead a team of technology leads, designers, developers, analysts and testers and will have end-to-end responsibility for technology delivery. This manager also be part of the transformation of existing disparate data solutions and capabilities to an integrated, flexible and scalable data platform across Risk and Finance.The Risk & Finance Core Services Technology Manager (TM4) will: Provide technology leadership for data services that deliver Product, Transactional and Master/Reference data across Risk & Finance. Design high performing data models on big-data architecture to deliver retail, wholesale, securities & derivatives product data; and customer/party/product/account master reference data as data services. Design a solution to support metadata, data lineage and data quality capabilities across the Risk & Finance Core Platform. Design and build high performing and scalable data pipeline platform using Hadoop (MapR, Horton Works, Cloudera etc), Apache Spark and Amazon S3 based object storage architecture. Build and operate the data services platform across Risk & Finance that supports real-time and batch data sourcing/provisioning, data processing, data analytics and BI/reporting. Deliver data solutions by collaborating with other vertical and horizontal functions within Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology and broader Enterprise Information Technology groups. Build a high performing team from combination of new and existing talent. Effectively manage the integration complexity and interdependencies across the enterprise. Lead, operate and respond to real time challenges, given the dynamic nature of the business and technology environment. Be an effective change agent. Identify new and innovative ways to apply technology to solve data related problems. Manage technology delivery in a highly fluid and under external regulatory pressure by adroitly balancing speed of delivery and quality; and minimizing technology risk Leverage knowledge of industry trends to build best in class technology to provide competitive advantage.As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of technology experience

3+ years of leadership or management experience, in an IT environment

10+ years of application development experience

10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions

10+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience

10+ years of data warehouse experience

10+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both

5 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives

3+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse and data analytics capabilities on big-data architecture such as Hadoop

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms

Experience in Hadoop ecosystem tools for real-time batch data ingestion, processing and provisioning such as Apache Flume, Apache Kafka, Apache Sqoop, Apache Flink, Apache Spark or Apache Storm

Management experience in a large corporate, multi-line business organization

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript

Ability to articulate a complex problem, design, or build strategy

Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment

Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization

Ability to manage initiatives related to the following: architecture roadmap that aligns with business strategy and the broader architecture community; hardware and capacity planning, consolidation and rationalization; related emerging technology assessment and incubation

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

5+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience

Knowledge of data models and data supply chain

A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
