SAFe Agile Product Owner / Product Manager (Digital and Omni Channel)- Remote
  • Able to lead Agile team planning, understand business and technical requirements, owns program backlog, and is able to effectively communicate plan and quantitative impacts broadly.
  • Works hand in hand with scrum team to understand the overall health of the program (progression of features, key milestones, track targeted timeline, mitigate risks, etc.).
  • Engaged in product delivery releases - approve release

    (UAT, pipeline approvals, Prod validation, etc.).
  • Experience with Customer Facing Digital and Omni Channel Applications
  • Balances Technical Acumen and Business Process and Requirements understanding
  • Experience with Customer Journey / Experience Mapping
  • Works closely with Product Mgmt and other Stakeholders to understand Strategic Roadmap and Goals, requirements and detail on levers of value creation and metrics to quantify value realization
  • Create Feature Acceptance Criteria and assist in creating Capabilities and Objectives to deliver
  • Experience working with Dev, QA and Tech teams to understand work needed to deliver Business Requirements and Value
  • Experience working with Business Analyst on understanding Features and ensuring creation of well structured, right-sized delivery Stories
  • Experience with SAFe PI planning on understanding capacity, flow and velocity of work - to ensure success of delivery and value delivery
  • Risk Mgmt experience - monitoring ahead for Risks and working with teams on Risk Mitigation
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
  • Understands the overall enterprise goals and can prioritize effectively
  • Able to monitor and understand the voice of the customer and is able to make informed decisions based on customer needs, market trends and enterprise goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Understanding of design quality standards
  • Able to lead team, advocate for a healthy culture, provide feedback
  • Give formal feedback on performance of members of the ART
  • High energy with great TEAM attitude

  • Financial Services - Retirement planning experience (strong optional)
  • Experience with Master Data Mgmt and Customer Profile and Preferences Management (optional)
