Required Skills:
Advanced hands-on experience in SQL skills (6+ years, including 1+year of cloud data warehouse SQL).
7+ years advanced hands-on experience in Data Analytics with outstanding ability to perform critical thinking in the area of data analysis.
Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to speak to large groups with excellent presentation skills.
Strong business acumen, understanding how to translate business requirements to technical data driven reporting.
Ability to understand complex business processes and rules to become a subject matter expert.
Experience in working with a global multi-national team.
Knowledge in on-prem and cloud-based data warehouse, big data, and data lake concepts.
Advanced knowledge in data warehousing concepts, data structures, nomenclatures, standards, Master Data Management concepts, and data architecture.
Experience with data visualization tools, standards, and techniques to visually summarize data and insights (Cognos, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau etc.).
Experience with BI Data Modeling concepts such as dimensional model and 3NF
Preferred Qualifications:
Data analytics in a manufacturing environment
Statistical knowledge and intuition ideally utilized in A/B or multivariate testing (or related analytics)
Data science concepts including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
