Signature Consultants is seeking a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with heavy data experience. The ideal candidate will come from a financial services background and work in the data space. This role requires SQL experience and heavy excel. The required number of years will vary from 2-7+.
Must Have Qualifications:
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio) - pivot tables, Vlookup and Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA) & SQL
6+ years of Data Analyst or Project Management Experience (Acceptable experience includes - Financial Data Reporting, Data Governance or Data Control)

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates should have a rich work history and extensive experience in several of the following key components of this role:
Assume ownership of current Treasury Data Management controls across multiple Banking / Treasury / Traded products. Ownership will include building, delivering and monitoring daily data controls essential for Liquidity / Regulatory Reporting.
Generate daily reports on data quality breaks and data validation shifts outside of BAU thresholds.
Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of future Treasury data controls.
Contribute to multiple internal work streams in support of Treasury initiatives including but not limited to Liquidity reporting (Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), FR2052a (Fed 5G), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) as well as Capital and Balance Sheet Management.
Liaise with Global Liquidity Management (GLM), Technology team and other Data Management analysts to communicate control status and escalate issues according to defined process
Data Control Governance - Ensuring process controls, data validation activities, and measurement processes remain timely and relevant. Create and maintain required documentation and evidence to ensure adherence to EDM Standards and RDA requirements
Work under minimal supervision on Corporate Treasury projects that require creative solutions and, possibly, automated solutions
Operational Excellence - Improving Treasury Data Management functions for production, data governance, data change and regulatory/audit activities
Change Management - Validates data and signs off on reports within test environments to confirm application accuracy, functionality and EDM Standards are met Responsible for supporting the successful completion of initiative
Create, maintain and execute project plans
Integrate with partners to manage the projects and proactively gather status updates from partners, while minimizing impact
Manage all aspects of the projects to ensure efficient and effective project completion including status reporting, relationship management, issue / enhancement tracking, prioritization and delivery
Develop a comprehensive plan that will provide detailed and critical content around deliverables and routines including readiness, implementation and post implementation
Establish and provide supporting documentation for governance and adherence
Establish status templates and weekly status update routines
Track and report progress
Assist in interpreting regulations and gap analysis
Conduct meetings to review impacts of regulatory changes with key stakeholders and address any questions & issues
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) standards and practices including Key Business Element (KBE) management, data quality measurement and data lineage, preferred
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
Understands concepts and application of Business Intelligence tools, demonstrates understanding of relationship between data and business rules and functions.
Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, challenging environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to lead project work efforts, track and assign issues, and coordinate activity across multiple teams and geographies
Excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate concepts
Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills - 5-7 years
Background working with a broad range of professionals at varying levels and function
Experience with standard project development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) 5-7 years
Demonstrated competency in regulatory risk and experience in global markets
5+ years change management, PMO, finance or similar experience
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and prior experience with Liquidity Reporting / Regulatory reporting
Basic working knowledge of Tableau
Strong knowledge and prior experience with Data Controls monitoring and/or Data Control governance practices
Familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standards
