Regional Management is hiring a 100% remote Senior Digital Product to help us accelerate our digital strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our business partners in marketing, risk, and operations as well as software engineering teams to design and develop products and features that will improve our digital capabilities.
The right candidate for this role should be highly ambitious, able to organize both ideas and people, and excel at problem solving of all kinds. You should have a bias toward action and be able to break down complex problems into steps that drive rapid product development. You will bridge the technical and business worlds as you first design services that our customers love and then engage stakeholders to make them a reality. By clearly defining requirements and removing blockers, you will act as a catalyst for productivity on your agile team(s).
In this role, you will be part of a growing, highly dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team to develop and enhance digital products on a day-to-day basis. You will translate business strategies into products that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth and disruption. You are a dynamic product owner familiar with agile methodology who will rally the team and work in a highly collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identifies market opportunities and define product vision, changes, recommend new functionality, strategy and go to market strategy.
  • Owns, Prioritizes, and sequences product initiatives by partnering and influencing cross functional business teams to build a consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Collaborates with technical teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve blocking issues while communicating progress as well as set reasonable implementation and product release schedules
  • Writes user narratives and user stories based on customer needs and user experience
  • Defines, documents, and communicates objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives, milestones, and releases

Critical Competencies and Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • Aggregate and interpret data that drives insights into customer experience and improvement opportunities
  • 1-2 + years SQL experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strongly prefer FinTech industry exposure or expertise
  • Develop familiarity with the data architecture and perform ad-hoc data pulls where existing reporting is not sufficient
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
  • Experience leading consumer-facing data digital strategies, innovation, and deployment.
  • Experience interfacing with a range of website, mobile, tablet, creative design initiatives.
  • Prior experience in the banking or consumer finance industry
  • Prior experience as the product manager or product owner of a mobile app
  • High-level understanding of technical architectures for complex, scalable web and mobile applications
  • Prior experience with tools such as Sharepoint, MS Project, JIRA/Pivotal Tracker, or equivalent
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud implementations with strong understanding Snowflake
