Responsible for understanding, documenting and organizing our processes and procedures within CDSO. This role will need to understand our main focus areas / process and have the ability to precisely document them within a Playbook. This role will also require some Business Analyst experience where gathering requirements from a Line of Business, documenting those requirements and assisting the LOB with decision making.
