Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a Senior SEO Analyst for a full time 100% remote contract to hire opportunity in the Charlotte NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quarterback SEO strategy discussions, present tactical plans and results to leadership
  • Drive SEO strategy across a variety of client partnerships, industries, and help drive company-wide SEO strategy
  • Analyze organic search landscapes to identify traffic opportunities that drive revenue growth
  • Analyze search intent, related keywords, gaps in competitors' content, and formulate these conclusions into an effective content strategy
  • Drive cutting edge content strategy and work closely with copywriting team to develop and implement content strategy as well as creative and development teams to launch new pages
  • Run technical diagnostics and implement improvements for overall site performance, including site speed, all core web vitals and other components of crawling and indexing performance
  • Experience with local SEO strategy and driving additional exposure through local search
  • Maintain a professional curiosity towards new SEO marketing trends and technologies
  • Demonstrate proficiency in deriving insights and next steps from marketing data
  • Comfortability overseeing weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on performance


Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in SEO
  • Expert proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Passionate about research and data analysis - evident in a high-level of Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • High proficiency with SEO tools, such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Must be able to work to multiple deadlines and manage time efficiently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a default mindset to take initiative
  • High energy team player
