LOB Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in peer reviews for high and low level designs
• Ensure LOB & production characteristics are understood
• Responsible for delivery of complex solutions on time & on budget
• Develop detailed, low level technical designs for complex EV Solutions
• Ensure successful delivery of technical solutions into production environment
• Provide subject matter expertise to LOB, relationship managers, network teams including Operations
• Contribute to specific engineering low level design and standards (in an engineering repository)
• Support certification & architecture teams' as needed in accordance w/ the tollgate process entry & exit criteria
• Contribute to testing strategy & technology certification plan.
• Provide feedback to product teams as to the catalog of standard products, and business requirements for changes to the catalog.

Required Skills:

• 5+ Years of experience in Collaboration platform. Experience in financial industry is a plus
• Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the environment we support
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and partners
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure
• Familiar with technology trends in networking, Collaboration voice/video systems. Examples include but not limited to software defined networking (SDN), Mobile, immersive video, SIP session management etc.
• Expertise in voice technologies including but not limited to SIP Trunking and SIP interworking, voice over IP protocols (H.323/SIP), IP PBX, session management etc.
• Intranet/extranet environments, load balancing, Hypervisor as well as wide area networking technology such as IP/MPLS, DWDM technologies, IP Multicast (PIM, MBGP) and Quality of Service environment (QoS)

Technical Skills:
• Hands-on Cisco voice platforms and unified communication and collaboration technologies.
• Hands-on in LAN/WAN technologies including but not limited wired/wireless LAN environments, data center networking, experience with networking products such as routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls and WAN optimization products.
• Demonstrate extensive technical experience working with large VoIP network using Cisco Voice collaboration platforms and solutions including Call Manager/CUCM, Cisco SME, Unity Connection Voice Mail, Jabber, Webex, Webex Teams, MRA, Expressway, Telepresence, CMS, TMS and video end points DX,SX,IX. Spark and Spark Boards
• Sound working knowledge of SRTP, RTP, Opus, SCCP, and SIP and SIP interworking.
• Broad working knowledge of call routing in complex fortune 500 company with QSIG, MGoogle Cloud Platform, CAC, H323 and SIP
• SIP and Traditional ISDN/PRI Trunking and broad experience with carrier network, SIP trunking interworking including RFC standards

Desired Skills
• 5+ Years of experience in Collaboration platform. Experience in financial industry is a plus
