Technical Architect able to independently take technology decisions on design & architecture
Team lead with experience leading 5-10 developer teams
Excellent domain modelling skills – able to visualize & create domain models for medium to high complexity applications. Able to express these models as class/table structure easily
Demonstrated ability to lead & design applications from inception to production
Excellent communication skills required to communicate clearly with product owners, engineering managers & development team. Assertive leader who can guide product owners & development teams to ensure best design for the product
Strong understanding of distributed systems & micro services
Strong debugging skills & knowledge of performance monitoring using app dynamics, splunk (or equivalent)
Strong experience in re-engineering & application migration
Strong knowledge of gradle as build tool, able to create & maintain build scripts for multi-module projects, knowledge of gradle plugins
Strong knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL with Oracle – can write medium to large sized stored procedures, packages and debug existing pl/sql code
Excellent handle on spring boot (mvc, data, jpa) - can create new applications from scratch and guide the team on best practices
Strong knowledge & expertise in github (or equivalent), able to setup new development workflows, do peer reviews and provide meaningful feedback to team through peer reviews
Experience working with redis, kafka (or equivalent) is a plus.
