On-time and on-budgetSolid business process engineering skills utilizing Salesforce CRM platformAbility to solution for Salesforce integration with other systemsParticipate in system implementation projects including but not limited to requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolutionUnderstand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implicationsProvide work estimates that permit prioritizationDemonstrate Salesforce capabilities by implementing Proof of Concept pilots and developing supporting documentationRemain current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new feature/functionality where feasibleRequired Experience and Skills: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in Sales and Service CloudExperience in Salesforce LightningExperience / familiarity with Lightning Web ComponentVery strong communication skills.
