Title: Sr Windows Infrastructure Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Responsibilities
Assist in defining and communicating technical and data best practices to clients and partners, including;
Infrastructure sizing and deployment architectures
Data integration (inbound and outbound)
System Administration (management, monitoring, maintenance)
Solution installations and upgrades
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with our clients and partners to facilitate a thorough understanding of their user cases, business goals and objectives, and their specific technical workflows and processes.
Support CLiX REST API users by training on existing documentation, answering questions, and providing support to optimize their CLiX CNLP implementation.
Work with the broader Clinithink DevOps and support organization to advocate for the Client/Partner needs pre-, post-, and during implementation.
Provide technical support and guidance at all stages of the Client/Partner lifecycle.
Meet/exceed customer expectations and requirements. Act with customers in mind.
Travel – approximately 10% of time
Essential Experience
Degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent industry recognized experience
Two (2) or more years’ experience working in the IT industry (Healthcare preferred)
Microsoft SQL Server knowledge and experience including the ability to write intermediate/complex SQL statements to assist with data assessment and profiling, data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience delivering client support and training
Extensive experience with Windows Server (2016 & newer)
Development/coding experience with Python, PowerShell or equivalent scripting language
Solid technical background covering IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing
Solid experience with customer facing SAAS solutions
Solid problem solving, analytical and research skills, capable of using rigorous logic and creative methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
