Position1) Workday Functional

Required Skills
• Familiar with Workday Skills Cloud setup and deployment.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIT / HRIS experience of Workday Performance and Talent Mgmt modules.
• Must be proficient in Workday EIB Data loading process.
• Must be proficient in Workday Report Writer.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years Techno-functional experience in Design, Build, Test & Deploy Workday integrations using various Workday tools like
  Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Integration cloud connect, Workday Studio.

• Exp in Workday Studio is a must
• Excellent knowledge of functional domains like
  US payroll, time tracking, compensation, HCM
• Experience in using open standards of Web Services like SOAP & REST APIs
• Strong experience in using Workday Business Services, Outbound Message Services, Reporting Services
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong development skills particularly SQL, PL/SQL, and Java
• Technology delivery and release management experience
• Excellent communication management skills

• Workday Integration certificate
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, business units within a matrix organizations
• Strong ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
• Task-oriented with excellent attention to detail including documentation and compliance requirements
