We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our front end operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves taking and overseeing customer orders, managing pick up orders, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. The Customer Service Manager will be the face of our establishment. The ideal candidate has a good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
Take and oversee all incoming phone calls. Ensure orders are accurately placed and communicate with customers accurately and efficiently.
Track and oversee all online orders, ensure they are properly received and accurate.
Manage and oversee all pick up order ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Enter and oversee dine in orders are accurately input into POS and customers charged accurately.
Train, mentor, and onboard new customer service employees
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and streamline operations.
Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory control.
Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record in food service or a similar field with the following skills.
Ability to multitask
Careful attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (in person and on phone)
Ability to learn and become proficient in our POS System
