Looking for Executive Chef for our CPI dinning Facility. M-F some off site parties and events. no late nights.
JOB TITLE: Executive Chef
REPORTS TO: Corporate chef/owners
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of the Executive Chef is manage the kitchen team, manage CPI Culinary program and develop all menu items.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicates with culinary team to ensure all items to come out complete in a timely fashion
Follows recipes & guidelines to create food that is quality and consistent and coaches team to follow the same
Uses a variety of cooking utensils and equipment to prepare and execute a variety of food items
Follows safety & sanitation guidelines to reduce safety risks and cross contamination
Hiring and Training of Culinary Team
