We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to assist with the operations and guest relations for our furnished apartments. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the reservation from apartment setup, vendor coordination, guest check in, ongoing customer service, through to check out. The selected individual needs to have a professional image, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements to be successful:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Day time travel around city/suburbs
-Prior customer service experience (concierge or hospitality experience is a bonus!)
