About UsSea Level NC is a culinary-driven Carolina oyster bar and sustainable seafood restaurant located on 5th St. in Uptown Charlotte. We are a casual, bar-centric place with a great story to tell and a beautiful setting to do so. Our small team is a very talented and passionate restaurant group. We are growing at a rapid rate and are looking to add to our restaurant family.
