We are A Growing Fence Company looking for two general laborers for installation.
We are not looking for subs.
We install and repair all types of fences, from privacy fence to farm fence.
We are located in Gastonia, however we travel within an hour.
A working interview is required for this position. You will have 2 days to prove to us the skills you know. Base pay will be $10.00 per hour those 2 days.
After the working interview we will discuss your hour pay and bonus pay. Average pay is $10 to $15 per hour.
Average 30 to 38 hours a week. Some weeks over 40 hours
Pay day is every Friday afternoon

Skills you need to have
1 to 2 years experience in fence, construction, or landscaping
How to use general laborer equipment; hammer, level and measuring tape, post hole diggers or Auger. Must know how to level a post and use a nail gun or Drill.
You must have a valid Driver's license and a way to job sites.
