Heavy Equipment Operators: (track hoe and track loader) must be able to operate at least one of these two machines. Must have own transportation.

Looking for experienced heavy equipment operators and laborers with experience in installing storm drain, sewer and water lines.
You do not need to have experience in installing storm drain, sewer and water lines. But it will pay more if you do.
We have hired 2 operators out of about 15 responses. Either they do not show up or they can run a skid steer and cannot operate a track loader or track excavator. Some cannot even start them. Most do not think this is a skill and think it is something you learn in a day.
We are not looking to train operators.

We will respond with directions to the job site that we are trying out operators on.
We have mostly Caterpillar equipment, all types of equipment but an excavator is the one machine we use the most and is the main one you must be able to operate.
We work in Charlotte and Huntersville mainly and do not travel very far from there.
