Our industrial bakery factory is hiring immediately for foreman level positions in Huntersville. A basic resume is required to apply.Work Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee production operations
Complete daily production plan set by the production schedule
Periodic quality control by baking products
Report to Management if equipment, materials and supplies are available or not by checking status and inventory
Review or/and fill in production documents and logs
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Daily checks of scales, metal detectors, product codes, and tare weights
Strict adherence to GMPs and SSOP monitoring activities
Ensure traceability is maintained
Maintain paperwork on production run and traceability
Isolate extraneous material found in products, inform departments involved and maintain a record of the events.
Issue HoldĀ tickets on materials
Maintain close communication with Plant (General) Manager. Report and document observations involving quality issues
Provide training and guidance to employees
Respond to grievances and complaints from subordinates and work with upper management to solve problems
Perform similar or related duties as requested and assigned
Required to work for overtime, weekends and long hours during busy seasons, covering other employees who are out, or as needed.Additional Requirements:
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Attention to detail
