$15 Per Hour + Tips - For Helpers - Depending on Experience
I am looking for some positive attitude and physically fit, experienced and non-experienced moving helpers who have pep in their step and love to help their drivers move. PLEASE IF YOU CAN'T WORK 12 HOUR DAYS IN THE HEAT, RAIN OR SNOW - This is not the job for you. THIS WORK IS VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING AND YOU MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL MOVING EXPERIENCE OR YEARS OF HARD LABOR EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY.
You work 3-4 days a week 12-14 hours a day so with your tips your still getting your 40 hours a week with half the days you need to waste at other places. 8am start in the mornings. Get a set schedule after your first week of training with at least 2 days off a week. (no short days available sorry)
No Overnight Trips - We only work within 35 miles of Charlotte.
Coffee every morning at the office and we keep water, ice, freeze pops on your truck daily so you can do what you do without any issue.
W-2 Position + Tips! Work for the best mover in town Not holding back two weeks, pay week ends Sunday and pay day is Thursday (Direct Deposit) - Our Drivers make over 1000 week BEFORE tips and our helpers average over $500 per week BEFORE tips.
To qualify:
Have reliable way to get to work ON TIME
Have a GREAT positive attitude that impresses customers and your team
Have Moving or Hard Labor Experience and be able to work 12-14 hour days 3 days a week
No serious felonies for 7+ years
Be on time for work daily
Able to communicate and take instruction well - A TEAM PLAYER
Take Covid-19 seriously and wear a mask until you get vaccinated,
If your not vaccinated we will require it, (We will pay you $100 to get it)
