Experienced and virtual civil litigation paralegal. To work on personal injury, probate, some criminal law, homeowner association, draft letters to opposing legal counsel and clients, work in small claims court. Paralegal must speak and communicate regularly with clients in a demanding work load.
Approximately ten hours a week. Hours could increase over time with management approval. Work could be done often after regular 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. business hours. Work from home. Paralegal experience required. Review of case files and regular calling and interacting with clients. Paralegal must communicate with current staff about status of cases and updating of files by e-mail and telephone if needed. Pay is negotiated. Experienced paralegal inquiries only.
