Responsibilities Create and manage the timeline of multiple projects from intake through delivery. Deliverables include emails, banner ads, landing pages, and videos vet all project requests. Initiate and assign resources Monitor the flow of work through the department to ensure timely deliveries Prioritize project schedules and balance workload across the team. Identify and communicate risk in projects/programs early so that mitigation steps can be taken. Provide context, impact analysis, and present alternatives (be a problem solver). Proactive communication of project status. Partner closely with marketing stakeholders and creative team on project scope, timing and next steps Exemplify accountability, clear communication, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and shared goals Relationship building Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with creative team and marketing partners Meet team communication needs and own tracking/coordination tools for project management. 4-6 years in-house or agency project management experience Required skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Flexibility: adapts to rapid and ongoing change Always thinking ahead, seeing around corners, and one step ahead of project Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be forward thinking Proven effectiveness when working under pressure Communicates effectively one-on-one and in a group setting. Can adapt communication to fit the needs of partners & stakeholders. Works skillfully with people across a wide variety of roles Successfully prioritizes and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated understanding of the creative process Familiarity with project management systems - familiarity with 4-6 years in-house or agency project management experience
