We are currently searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our Charlotte Office. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be result oriented. To be successful in this position you must be a very organized and self-driven. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:
Internal and External customer communications both written and oral
Receiving and Directing incoming calls
Coordinating Shipments of Marketing Materials
Trade Show Logistics
Travel Coordination
