CDS Concierge is seeking an outgoing management professional to work as the front desk concierge lead for a luxury community in Southpark. The position is FT Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm.
Our goal as a concierge professional is to provide an exceptional customer service experience to our residents and visiting guests. We are the hospitality component of the communities we serve.
Lead Concierge responsibilities include:
- Manage the onsite staff and create monthly schedule
- Greet residents and registering visiting guest and prospects to the community
- Accepting and notifying residents of package and food deliveries
- Deliver newspapers/packages to resident doors upon request
- Actively make recommendations and create partnerships with local businesses
- Maintain resident calendar and book services such as housekeeping and dog walking
- Arrange dry cleaning pick up
- Ensure the concierge lobby is presentable and clean at all times.
Being professional and providing the highest level of service is a must.
Ideal Candidate Must:
- Exhibit the highest level of professionalism
- Have proven customer service experience and golden track record of going above and beyond
- Previous hospitality experience required
- Must have required uniform which is Black/Grey or Navy pants/skirt or dress suite with white button up and black tie.
