We are looking for reliable contractors (1099 vendors) to perform residential (REO/Default Mgt) inspection work throughout the following areas:
South Carolina
York
Lancaster
Union
North Carolina
Mecklenburg
Union
Gaston
Lincoln
Catawba
Iredell
Rowan
Cabarrus
Stanly
We are recruiting vendors familiar with FHA guidelines and have the capabilities to perform the services listed below.
Services to include but not limited to:
Interior Inspections
Drive By Inspections
Insurance loss
Property Condition
Door Knock/Contact Inspections
Document Delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience performing inspections along with and active route, preferred
Experience using EZ Inspections and Inspectorade
Fuel efficient and reliable vehicle
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Contractors are required to have appropriate vehicle insurance and Driver License, both in good standing
Smartphone with data plan and the ability to transmit results from the field.
Aspen Grove background check or the ability to pass the credentials prior to starting
Must have HUD Keys are the ability to purchased them prior to starting
Ability to get out of vehicle, knock on door (if required) and capture the necessary photos as proof of service for all inspections assigned.
Ability to cover your own expenses as this is a independent contractor opportunity
Payment Terms:
Exterior: 4.00 per inspection
Interior: 6.25 per inspection
Rush: 6.25
Net 30 payable bi-weekly via check sent regular mail, we DO NOT OFFER DIRECT DEPOSIT.
Expected volume for total zone: 200 inspections per month
