Experienced Sales Representative
We are currently hiring an experienced full time sales person with the option to make $150,000+ a year - this is not just a forecast. This is what we are currently paying to other reps.
We need a self-motivated salesperson that can come on board and immediately start Closing highly-qualified exclusive leads Âgenerated from Google. (Homeowners are checking out our business on our website before calling, we're not using any low quality Home Advisor leads).
Position :
As a Independent Roofing Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing new customers and seeking prospects in the South Shore and surrounding areas in Massachusetts.
Job Requirements :
⢠Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales-driven, and a team player
⢠Self-Starter with ability to develop new and manage existing relationships
⢠Prepare proposals/quotes/estimates for clients
⢠Experienced in sales with the ability to quickly identify and vet new opportunities
⢠Manage sales activity through industry CRM (Will have training)
⢠Must be presentable & professional
⢠Must have strong social/people skills
⢠Must have reliable transportation
⢠Must have a valid driver's license
⢠Must be able to get on a ladder and perform roof inspections
Skills & Experience :
⢠Basic Computer skills
⢠Confident, with an enthusiastic drive to succeed
⢠Residential roofing knowledge; Must be able inspect and properly measure a roof
⢠Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope
⢠Present an attitude of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
⢠Knowledge of roofing systems and products
⢠Knowledge of insurance claims process
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
