We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist - Test Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
Responsibilities: -Define and orchestrate cross application end-to-end testing strategies. -Identify and engage QA and UAT testers across all impacted teams, ensuring full coverage for end to end testing -Clarification of testing roles/responsibilities for test teams for across multiple teams -Scheduling coordination: working with multiple teams on defining testing timeframes, and sign-offs across for teams delivering in multiple sprints -Defining test environment availability across multiple interfacing applications -Defining testing data requirements across multiple applications and initiatives -Coordinating the test data creation and conditioning per requirements -Identifying and managing tickets across applications posted on multiple JIRA instances -Triaging and facilitating discussions on open testing defects that cross applications -Working with project managers in ensuring Project testing documentation/sign-off requirements are met -Holding regular Testing status meetings to ensure all teams stay on track for identified testing related tasks/responsibilities, discussing open issues, blockers, etc. -Documenting testing tasks, schedules, and circulating to the team on a regular basis
Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of manual and automation testing (Automation using WDIO or Protractor and JavaScript) -3+ years of experience in Testing coordinator role -3+ years of Banking (Financial Services) - Able to communicate in all levels and across different functional group (PO, BA, PM, DEV)
Education: -Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
