Advantage Appliance Repair,Inc a Whirlpool Factory Certified Care partner is currently seeking experienced In-Home Appliance Service Technicians .Candidates will service selected OEM brand products. Serviced products consist of washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, microwaves, freezers, and refrigerators.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Successful pre-employment screenings including a drug test and background check.
Must meet physical requirements associated with the service repair field, such as continuous bending and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Minimum 2 year experience

A team player
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical skills
Posses an EPA certification and or have the ability to acquire it within 90 days of employment.
Experience in using electronic tools for appliances, refrigeration, and diagnostic testing equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Proficient at reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and voltmeters
Good computer skills
TECHNICIAN'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely travel to and from customer's homes
Be respectful of customers and their property
Demonstrate outstanding customer service
Always smiling and having a positive attitude
Groomed and dressed in uniform
Keep up to date with technical training/testing
Provide proper diagnosis and quality repairs of customer's products
Meet performance metrics
Researching and ordering parts
Keeping a clean and organized truck
Maintaining truck stock inventory
