Our busy and growing car dealership is seeking an Automotive Mechanic/Technician to do light mechanical work to our dealership owned vehicles. We do not do retail work, this is a private dealership automotive shop. Our dealership works with just about every make and model from Aston Martins/Ferrari to Kia/Hyundai.
You will need your own tools and will be required to work with your own tools. We do have other friendly techs with a large amount of tools as well.
Requirements: Tools, Experience 4+ Years (working on cars), Reliable transportation, and POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
What's part of the job: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE: motor swaps, transmission, differential changes, engine building may be required if you are experienced enough. You will be required to do simple oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, vehicle independent inspections, changing light mechanical parts such as alternator, A/C compressor, starter, pulleys/tensioners, brake pads, brake rotors, batteries, exhaust, brake calipers, air filters, cabin air filters, spark plugs, belts, and keep a clean and neat area.
Our dealership is not opposed to anyone that is overqualified as well. We will take all experience levels into consideration, but no levels less than the requirements will be taken. Experience is required at 4+ years as we are not a school, we are a business.
Compensation will be based upon experience and workmanship.
