Job Position:
Primary Duties: Bucket truck operator/ Crew lead
Secondary Duties: Groundman
You will be operating a 55FT bucket truck with outriggers on a daily basis.
Requirements:
-5-10 years experience is a must
-can operate a chain saw safely with plenty of experience
-not afraid of heights
-can lead a crew, handle responsibility, and make hard decisions when required
-responsible for keeping up the maintenance on all equipment and will be the Forman on the jobsite when the owner is not present
-able to quote jobs when the owner is absent in the surrounding areas
- experience with climbing is a plus
-must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, can handle money, and possesses leadership qualities to be able to lead and manage a crew in the owners absents
- this is not a beginners or learners positions
-must be fully confidant and cable of getting the job done with little to know supervision
-CDL's are a plus
-Skid steer experience
-Chipper experience
- Driving trucks and trailers
Benefits:
-Fulltime position 40-50 hours a week M-F, Saturday is optional work day

Pay scale:
Starting pay $20-$21 and hour depending upon experience with pay raises
