JOB DESCRIPTION:
Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair within all aspects of residential & some light commercial HVAC equipment including heat pumps, gas systems, and air conditioning units.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a combination of repairs & scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment on a daily basis to include Gas furnaces, Heat pumps, Air conditioners.
Be able to recommend needed & suggested repairs upon diagnosis of customers equipment and work with office personnel about scheduling repairs
Be able to clearly communicate between customer's needs, office staff and fellow co-workers and have a positive attitude while doing so.
Keep your company supplied van in a neat and orderly fashion and keep it restocked on a daily basis.
Be able to work 35+ hours a week and be on call rotation.(paid from driveway to driveway for on call)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass background check
Must have an insurable driving record & valid driver license
Must be able to lift 75+lbs easly
Work in tight crawl spaces, no fear of snakes and spiders
Work in attics 130+ degrees, climb ladder
Work Iphone and Ipad provided
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of residential HVAC Service Technician experience
North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certification
