Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
ASE Certified
Must be willing to work as part of a team.
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
Ability to recon body and paint
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently.
Dexterity - ability to work w/ small parts and small spaces
Technical skills - use of a wide range of tools and equipment to assess and repair vehicles
Efficiency and accuracy
Ensure that customer's vehicles are kept clean
Must own reliable transportation and valid DL
Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
