Professional handyman company is looking for a skilled tradesman who LOVES his work but doesn't want his work to own him. You enjoy being around customers. You never cut corners because each job is a reflection of you. You have great communication skills, can work independently, are detail oriented and never have to go back to Lowes a second time because you always know what you need. If I looked in your truck, every tool and supply would have a place and you would know where to find it.
You must be skilled at providing estimates and estimating your own time. You keep accurate records of each job completed to refer to if needed, and as proof that the work was done. Complete invoices in either written or electronic form.
This Position is full time - W-2 - NOT 1099
Experienced (10 years) tradesperson/handyperson who excels in:
- Carpentry. Wood rot.
- Roof repairs. 2 story 8 pitch.
- Lite electrical,
- Lite plumbing,
- Drywall repairs
- Painting,
- Other skills such as tile work, general construction, roofing, etc.
Be very organized and very detailed.
Be able to work for demanding customers.
Think on your feet.
Some computer knowledge helpful.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide all your own tools.
- Provide a utility vehicle or truck.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen. Must have valid Drivers License.
- Ability to work 7am 5pm daily.
