We are looking for experienced installation technicians who possess the qualities that set us apart from the competition. Our focus is on the highest quality installation practices combined with speed and an especially keen eye for turning our customers into fans. We are looking for top-notch talent, but at the same time, we recognize the fact that attitude matters far more than aptitude. In other words, if youre a technical wizard but dont align with our values, wed rather take the less experienced technician with a great attitude and train that person up on the technical side.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Installation of both replacement and new construction windows and doors, with proper flashing and finishing techniques.
Ability to wrap exterior casings as needed, bending and installing metal.
Ability to work at heights and willingness to use the appropriate safety gear.
Ability to learn quickly and apply what you learn to work quickly and efficiently.
Desire to work fast without sacrificing quality or skipping steps.
Work ethic, team attitude, and positive energy: the work that we do can be tough and demanding at times. We need someone that maintains a spirit of optimism, fun, and collaboration in a team environment.
