Experienced maintenance person, handyman, needed for rental properties including mobile homes, apartments, and single family dwellings in Concord area.
HVAC certification and good general knowledge of kitchen appliance repair - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher would be a plus!
Experienced candidate should be able to:
Examine, diagnose, perform maintenance, repair and replace HVAC units and kitchen appliances.
Repair and replace light fixtures and perform other minor electrical work.
Repair and replace locks, adjust doors.
Repair, replace plumbing in toilets, sinks, showers, tubs.
Unclog toilets, drains.
Repair, replace screens and windows.
Perform other general repairs and maintenance including carpentry, drywall repair, flooring repair, painting, roof leaks.
Other requirements:
Valid NC drivers license.
Clean MVR
Must pass drug test and background check
Willing to respond to after hours emergencies as necessary during on call rotations.
Able to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds or above.
Have own tools.
