Ensure effective project plans are created, maintained and kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate to reflect status of project activities this includes clearly articulating plus tracking all critical path activities timelines.
Responsible for overall completion of projects according to plans, specifications and all projects documents.
Lead project team meetings to provide status updates. Communicate changes to the project plans as well as timelines, along with project risks or issues, ensuring project is tracking to budget scheduled completion dates.
Monitor risks/issues as they arise. Working with project teams management to respond efficiently for resolution on any risks to the critical path. Assist the project management team on technical issues ensure quality control is always adhered to responsible for daily reports manage change control in regard to project costs-estimates-scope target schedules perform back-up function for client communication perform other related duties as may be required attend all weekly project meetings and proceed accordingly
