Job Description:
Position Summary
A Business Event Analyst II participates in design, development and implementation of event tracking within our Digital Banking applications. Understand and articulate business requirements into technical specifications. Will work with internal business, development and reporting teams, external vendors, and data warehouse personnel to ensure data is captured and stored properly. Participates in environment support and software release activities; provides data quality and defect analysis. Possesses strong analytical skills; provides reporting knowledge and capabilities.
Required Skills
• Expert level experience in Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to "level set" and explain what is possible to non-technical business users
• Experience working in project teams, both co-located and virtual, with some Project leadership/management experience
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify data issues
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of multiple data repository solutions such as Teradata, Hadoop, Oracle
• Knowledge of Web Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions
• Application development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) including quality, stability and performance ""best practices
"
