Job Title – Business System Analyst

Location - Durham, NC/ Westlake, TX (Hybrid, 1 Week onsite/Month)

Duration – 6+ Months

Minimum Pay Rate – $60/hr on W2

W2 Only

  • Strong systems analyst skillset
  • Experience working with Full-Stack Technology Applications (databases, APIs, front-end, feeds)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Brokerage Trading/ Financial Account Opening experience.

The Role:
  • The senior business analyst is responsible for working closely with the Green Meadows squad’s product owner and tech lead to assist in a variety of tasks. Candidate must be able to work with a growing team of technologists in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment bursting with new technologies.
  • As a senior business analyst, your role is to identify and investigate business requirements in support of complex and large brokerage trading systems for FCAT. This candidate will be working closely with both business and technology key stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are important for this role. A strong desire to drive obtainable results with direct and frequent communication with management is needed for success in this position.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate effectively to multiple audiences from both technical and business perspectives. Possessing the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries, within FCAT and across companies, by building and maintaining positive relationships is extremely important.
  • College graduate in a technical degree that is driven to meet, or exceed, expectations.
  • Strong technical interest in financial services and ability to research and learn new technologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and accept technical direction.
  • Strong leadership and organizational prioritization skills.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience working to gather project requirements and delivering on commitments.
  • Willingness to understand and pick up something new on a continual basis.
  • Must be able to translate business requirements and help prioritize delivery.
  • Communication, partnership, and appreciation skills to deliver results in multi-disciplined team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong social skills.
  • Motivated, self-directed, results oriented.
