Primary database they support is Oracle.
Skillset wise they need oracle background with data analysis skillset.
Create complex SQL queries and ability to analyze data and find any anomalies and talk with different business units to help correct those anomalies.
They will need this person onsite eventually, but they have flexibility for when that needs to happen.
Having some big data experience, Hadoop, Snowflake, Data Lake experience would be nice but not required.
Moving to Data Lake in Hadoop. A lot of Business Analyst in this role and need someone who can pull requirements well.
Within Data Analyst they need strong interpersonal experience.
Strong plusses would be governance and quality. Calibra Elation/Big ID.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field
Data Analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivery of complex technology projects Good interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
Experience with Jira desirable
Ability to read/analyze code and logs for defect/incident triage and root cause analysis
Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
Ability to quickly learn, adapt and strive to meet the needs of a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to multi-task effectively.
You have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, preparing data transformation rules and strong SQL skills.

Familiar with data modeling
Familiar with Unix Scripting
