We are small and growing wholesale car dealership and transportation company here in Charlotte NC.
Part-time assistant or secretary needed for Position is 2-4 hours daily with very flexible hours.approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities :
Creativity, efficiency and organization skills are REQUIRED.
Data entry into dealership software. scanning, tagging, keeping up with DMV rules regulations, filing, pricing, managing dealership software.
Vehicles tags and title work.
Ability to create purchase orders and different types of invoices for overseas exports and local markets.
Proficient in MS Office (including Word and Excel), Office 365
Proficient in Quickbook .
Research, clerical work & filing.
Data entry & creation of project folders .
MUST BE able to multitask.
Excellent organizational skills & administrative skills.
Ability to prioritize a large workload .
Work with confidential information in a professional and discreet manner .
Detail oriented.
written skill is a must. Ability to write reports. basic Draft contract.
Ability to do researches about motor vehicles and transportation industry as a whole.
We are planning to go into full retail dealership sometimes this year so we are looking for somebody who is a quick thinker, efficient, hard worker, visionary to grow with us. There will be all kinds of bonuses based on the workload and how much sale the company generates. there is room for growth.
Candidate can make more money based on his or performance and professionalism.
This will a very casual and relax work environment. Might be required to go to auctions as part of learning about the industry.
As long as the work is done, no specific office is required.
1 to 2 years office experience is a must
