A successful candidate will be trained to provide a variety of customer services to users of the HawkSoft Client Management System software. Responsibilities will include responding to support calls, chats and e-mails from users of the CMS program. Such assistance will be for various user needs that might include:
Training users on the use of the CMS program and its features
Technical support of the CMS program and related third party software
Technical support of the installation and configuration of the CMS program on networked computers
Excellent candidates for the Customer Service Representative position will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and have the following skills and related work experience:
Customer Service Experience
Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
Computer skills
Insurance Industry Experience is a plus
Call Center experience is a plus
Excellent Communication skills
Strong phone presence
Multi-Tasking skills
HawkSoft Client Management System experience is a strong plus
