Our Intake Representatives are some of our most important staff members. These individuals are specially trained to take calls of potential clients, serving as their guide through the beginning stages of a potential case with us. They spend their days fact finding, doing additional research, and serving as the first representation of our talented workforce. They are easily adaptable, and speak to clients from all walks of life in a professional manner. If this sounds exciting, wed like to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Easily builds rapport with each caller
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong interview and communication skills
Data entry skills
Attention to detail
Great time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Integrity and professionalism
Currently, we are recruiting for a candidate that is available for 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Weekend shifts are optional. Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience also preferred. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is highly desired, but not required.
