Needed immediately a Registered Nurse for a local home care agency to be Lead Compliance Nurse. Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Previous home care knowledge a plus. Nurse must have current RN license and clean background check. Duties will include supervision and proper direction of all field nurses, ensuring they are given the proper direction and support to perform their jobs in accordance with Licensure rules, Medicaid rules, and Agency policies. Also will supervise agency's continuous Quality Improvement program. Must have current driver's license. Will work in conjunction with the Director of Operations and other team leaders to insure all branches maintain compliance in accordance with Licensure rules, Medicaid rules and Agency policies. Must be a team player and work well with entire team.
