Builder's Discount Center is now hiring for inside sales and warehouse positions for both full time & part time employees at all 11 locations. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday (7:30 am-5:30 pm) and Saturday (7:30 am-1:00 pm). Full time positions average 46-50 hours per week, getting paid 1.5x for overtime hours. Full time benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
For the inside sales representative position, must have experience in retail sales and/or experience as salesman in the building supply industry. Must have excellent customer service skills while working to maintain a clean and organized showroom.
For the warehouse position, must be able to work in warehouse conditions with the ability to load lumber, building materials and carry up to 75lbs. The position will be responsible for loading building materials into customers vehicles, operating forklifts to load/unload trucks, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Knowledge of building materials is recommended. We are looking for an employee that is self-motivated and hard working.
Locations include: Rocky Mount, Burlington, Danville, Elizabeth City, Goldsboro, Henderson, Lumberton, New Bern, Wallace, Wendell, Williamston.
