Immediate opening for a qualified apartment maintenance technician to maintain 150+ apartment units located in Greenville.
The successful candidate should have a proven record of performing heating/air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other work as needed. Broad experience in maintaining all types of rental property is a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills as well as basic computer knowledge is required.
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include company matching 401(k), 100% health insurance, and paid holidays.
