Mangums Inside Sales Representative is the personal link between customers and the heavy hauling division of Mangums Inc. The Inside Sales Representative is a duel role of inside sales and dispatch/coordination. The Inside Sales Representative primary responsibility will be:
Quote and manage transportation projects by understanding Mangums Inc equipment and how it relates to customers requests
Obtain permitting, engage civilian escorts, and problem solve issues
Assisting with coordination and dispatch of trucks
Update/Maintain CRM data
Price and complete after-sale tasks

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience working as a sales coordinator or project manager within the transportation industry, strong communication skills, and a personal drive to succeed. A current driver's license with a good driving record is a must. Knowledge of the local construction market, experience using a CRM program, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter, Smartphone skills would be a plus.

Understand transport laws and requirements.
Quote transportation projects
Update and maintain CRM program
Price and complete after-sale tasks
Work directly with customers, Mangums Inc operations team and drivers
Assist in accomplishing the goals of management.
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times.
Remain accessible at all times.
Visit and assist with house accounts when needed.
Report to and communicate with assigned sales mentor.
Review Sales and Commission Reports with Sales Manager monthly
Observe price structure set by management.
Review aging of accounts and assist in collections when necessary.
