TITLE: DECK INSTALLER – SUBCONTRACTOR
AREA: NORTH CAROLINA – COASTAL AREA
TradeCraft SRC Inc is a renovation company. We install decking for Lowe's Home Improvement Stores. We are looking for installers that have their own crews, truck, and equipment. Installer will need to be able to install pressure treated and composite decking according to manufacturer’s requirements.

SCOPE: (we install new material only – mostly remodel jobs)
Installation of decking including composite and pressure treated decking. Materials will be provided and delivered to the jobsite.
You will be responsible for hauling off any and all job-related debris including old decking.
You will be required to warranty all installs against installer error.
TradeCraft SRC Inc will pull any and all required permits. You will be required to meet with the customer and provide Tradecraft SRC Inc with a drawing of the deck showing necessary footers etc for permitting. Most decks are sold prior to you meeting with the customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully pass a criminal background check.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have your own reliable transportation.
Neat and clean appearance.
Have a cell phone and be reachable.
Have your own tools of the trade necessary to complete the installs properly and efficiently.
You will be required to adapt to Lowe's policies.
All installs must be installed according to the manufacturers requirements and meet the installation guidelines set by the manufacturer.
Must have Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance. Contact us for more information regarding required limits.
COMPENSATION: You will be required to have a completion form signed by the customer upon the completion of all installs.
Once the completion form and invoice has been received, checks will be received by installer on or before 10 business days via USPS.
